Position for Recruitment: Compliance Staff

Job Description:
- Set up, maintain and manage the health, safety & environmental (HSE) system complied with law and customer’s requirements.
- Ensure the health, safety, environmental condition and firefighting system complied with applicable law and customer’s requirement.
- Prepare documents before auditors coming to audit.
- After auditor sending issue report to company. Must follow up to improve issue how issues become better as auditors mentioned in the issue report.
- Prepare documents before local government officers: Environment dept, Fire police office, Management board,…coming to check about environment, fire system, working hours – labor policy.
- Daily go to check in production about Personal Protective Equipment also labor safety, exit way (aisle).
- Understand labor code related with the rights and obligations of worker such as working condition, wages, social insurance, welfare... in order to apply well in company and control continuously. - Ability to supervise and train employees concerning Health, Safety and Environment.
- To conduct compliance training to staff
Job Requirement:
- Above 5-year experience in garment/textile field.
- Education/Degrees: University Degree or Equivalent
- Special Skills: Leadership, Acts Strategically, Drives Execution, Change & Innovation, Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficient in English (Comprehension, Oral & writing)

Position for Recruitment: Shipping Supervisor
Job Description:
- Manage all import and export expenses of the company
- Manage import & export function of the company has been fulfilled and is being recorded
- Manage relationships with customs, shipping lines, forwarders and other related parties on behalf of the company, negotiating to get the good prices for cost
- Settle all issues relevant to import & export
- Make, manage & submit all custom declaration for all import shipments.
- Follow up Import planning and complete import documents - Checking, urging, planning for staff
- Maintaining imports/ exports records
- Contact the freight forwarder for price, check the freight schedule.
- Contact the authorities, partner companies to solve company affairs.
- Contact between related departments to solve internal affairs.
- Other tasks as assigned by General Director.

- Experienced at least 3 years into related career

Position for Recruitment: Senior Merchandiser (Sweater department)
Job description:
- Coaching and monitor the merchandising team for daily sample & order follow up.
- Handle the merchandising flow from development to bulk production to ensure products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.
- Coordinate order details with overseas clients, head office and our production department.
- Manage development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
- Keep track of the production status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Responsible for lab dip follow up, trims’ sourcing and sample development.
- Quotation preparation.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Liaise with overseas buyer.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years or above relevant sweater merchandising experience.
- If candidates do not have any sweater experience, will only consider for the post of ‘MERCHANDISER’.
- Solid experience in sweater with manufacturing background is a MUST.
- Experience in samples development and orders follow-up, preferably for JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, USA or EEC market.

Job description:
- Assist in the daily operations of the merchandising team, follow-up of orders from sampling, production and shipment.
- Assist the merchandisers on product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and deadline.
- Support preparation of pricing process and pre-production meeting for merchandisers.
- Follow-up orders with customers and internal parties.
- Arrange sample checking, packing and submission to customers.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- 1 or 2 years relevant working experience in garment field.

Job description:
- Daily manage operations of assigned teams
- Communicate headcounts arrangement the alignment
- Manage attendance and call OT when needed
- Arrange headcounts during break times to ensure unnecessary idle time
- Communicate new policies to workers through meetings, and informal communication channels
- Work with QA to provide inputs of issues, offer initial solutions, potential risks
- Raise potential risks in daily operations to QA for preventive action
- Follow quality improvement plan proposed by QA & provide feedback.
